Your order will be dispatched from either our UK warehouse or direct from the main Blaklader Sweden warehouse using a fully trackable courier. Standard Delivery is estimated to be between 3 and 5 working days on all stock items and the cut-off time on daily orders is 11.00am.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your Blaklader clothing, but if you're not or you need to return or exchange anything, then we are here to help.

Exchanges:

If you wish to return any items for exchange then we advise you to return the product to us and then place a new order via our website.  Please contact us via email to request a returns form.  Once your item has been received, we will refund you minus our original carriage charge (£4.99+VAT).

Returns:

Returns are free, if returned to us within 4 working days of delivery, but it is the buyers responsibility to pay for return carriage.  ToughTogs only accepts returns when we have been notified in advance of their return.  Please contact us to request a returns form from us before returning an item to us.  We only accept returns of items within 10 working days of delivery, unfortunately we’re unable to accept or process any returns after that period. We are unable to refund your original shipping cost and as many of our items are shipped directly from the Swedish Blaklader warehouse a re-stocking fee of £5 +VAT per garment applies if the garments are returned more than 3 days after delivery to you.  It is your responsibility to pay the return carriage to our UK address.  Please note we do not refund any original carriage charges.

General Returns Conditions:

Any items returned without the completed appropriate paperwork will be put into quarantine and not processed. Transport for each return must be organised by the customer (at their expense) to us, and shipments must reach us within 7 days of the return’s authorisation being granted. We are also unable to refund our original outbound postage cost. Garments returned under the following conditions are not acceptable for return: Clothing without original packaging, tags and labels, discontinued products, personalised products, unwashed or soiled garments, garments delivered more than 14 working days ago, garments with any odour or hair on them. Any returned items not suitable for refund or exchange will be available for collection for a period of 1 month after receipt. After that point, the items will be sent for recycling and destroyed.  ToughTogs reserve the ultimate right on any return’s decision.

FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS

Goods that are found to have a manufacturing fault on receipt by the customer or develop a fault through 'reasonable' wear and tear within a 4 week period from delivery date will be exchanged free of charge, subject to inspection and agreement.

Any goods damaged in transit should be signed for as 'damaged'. Goods should then be immediately checked and in the event of an issue, please contact us within 24 hours.
